 Advance registration is now open. Pre-conference registration accepted through midnight (MDT) October 18, 2004. Any registrations received after the October 18, 2004 postmark will be charged the at-conference rate. No registrations will be accepted in the HLDVT office after October 27, 2004. After October 27, 2004, there will be on-site registration only. Please either register on-line or fax/mail the registration form.
